Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep an eye on the latest development in Social Media trends and consumer-tech as well.
  • Conceptualise and execute social media strategies.

Store Keeper

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, inspecting materials, organizing storage, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure safe storage and generate reports

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials on-site.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring quality and quantity meet specifications.
  • Organize and label materials in designated storage areas for easy access.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Issue materials to the respective departments as per requisitions.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to identify shortages or surplus and report to the project manager.
  • Ensure the safe and organized storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels and consumption.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role in a construction/project environment for minimum 3 years.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.

QA / QC Engineer

QA / QC Engineer

As our QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality in commercial and residential buildings, coordinating across sites, and maintaining ISO standards to drive excellence in our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality inspection of Commercial and residential buildings.
  • Coordinating between all sites of the company for Quality Control.
  • Review the process of construction at the site periodically & profess changes to adhere to quality norms.
  • Following ISO procedures.
  • Updating ISO documents.
  • Formulate & Implement Quality Systems in the company.
  • Prepare material testing checklist, maintaining cube register, material sampling register, waterproofing register, rejected material register, slump register, etc.
  • Materials inward, testing and presenting concrete reports.
  • Material testing and Verification of testing of regular construction material, Mix design, Mix Design Concrete Mix Trial and Mix Design correction and documentation, NDT testing and documentation.
  • Design of shuttering & staging.
  • Various material testing including sieve analysis, silt test, impact and crushing value of aggregate, dlbd of aggregate, etc.
  • Conduct various cement, steel, brick tests like that initial and final setting time, consistency & strength etc.
  • Checking brick work, plastering, water proofing etc.
  • Performed other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Minimum Experience 5 Years
  • Etiquettes and people management skills
  • Knowledge of ERP.
  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks.
  • Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires.
  • Ability to work in a team with high people orientation.
